4) How do I place a cancellation request?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us a call on our hotline number: Or drop us an e-mail on support@ojlifestyle.com your request will be fulfilled in the next 24 hrs. (if not dispatched)

5) How long will it take for me to receive the refund?

We should take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund policy this excludes bank holidays. Kindly refer to the refund policy for a more detailed explanation.

6) If I receive a wrong product can I get a replacement?

We take the utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction, unfortunately if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 5 days of the delivery.

7) I have created a return/exchange request when will the product(s) be picked up?

Number of days to pick up a product depends on your locality.

8) What if the delivered product has a minor fitting?

10) What if my order gets delayed?

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 02 working days. Sometimes especially during festivals, bank holidays and other such events it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In that event please e-mail us at support@ojlifestyle.com with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

11) Notification of payment?

Payment would be captured by cashfree Payment portal on behalf of OJ Lifestyle.com. An e-mail notification would be sent to the registered e-mail id and an invoice would be sent by OJ lifestyle.com via e-mail to the registered e-mail id.

12) Track order?

Sms and e-mail notification would be sent on the registered contact number as well as the registered e-mail id. The tracking link would also be sent via Sms and e-mail. There would be a dedicated Live Tracking page to track your order.
