01) The initiation of a return policy should be done within 15 days of the receipt of the product.

02) To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in its original packaging with the receipt and all the tags.

03) Refund of a product will on be provided for prepaid orders and for a COD order an e-voucher will be provided which can be used anytime until its expiry (Expiry period of 90 days).

04) In case of a prepaid order we would provide the refund into the original mode of payment.

05) Only products that have been received in a damaged condition by the customer will be eligible for a refund. The customer can send the images/ videos of the product to our email id: support@ojlifestyle.com or could send the images/ videos on WhatsApp to the hotline number:+91 93264 77302

06) If the customer receives a product of the wrong size, colour or a different product the product can only be exchanged, in case the product is out of stock then an E-voucher would be mailed to the customer that can be used anytime until its expiry.

07) In case of a refund the shipping charges would not be refunded to the customers.

08) The reverse pick-up process will be initialized within 07 working days on the approval of the return policy.

09) If the product is lost in transit the same product would be sent to the customer with no applicable additional charges, but if the product is product is out of stock an E-voucher would be sent to the customer that can be redeemed anytime until its expiry.

10) ) If a promo code or discount code has been used at the time of purchase, only the final amount you paid after the discount would be credited to you.

11)You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size with no additional shipping cost only for the first 2 times.

No refunds will be given to the following cases:

1) Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2) Incorrect address format including any form of a P O Box address.
3) After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
4) Package refused by the recipient.
5) Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned product except if the package has been lost in transit.

We offer free shipping on all orders. We do not levy COD charges on any of our products.

All our orders will be dispatched within 24-38 working hours. Orders placed on Saturday post noon will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Delivery of the product will be within 5-7 working days. For metro cities, it would be 2-3 working days.

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email & text message. Customers can monitor the progress by searching with AWB no. on the shipper’s portal.

We usually ship our products through Bluedart, Delhivery, Smartr, or Xpressbees.

Customer shall get constant notifications about the whereabouts of the products till the product is delivered.

Do not accept tampered or unsealed packages.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept damaged, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange if returned within 15 days of delivery. If any goodies or gifts are received in the package we would appreciate if that is also returned.

For a Hassle-free experience at OJ we do not charge for reverse pick-up.

The refund process is initiated post inspecting the returned garment at our warehouse. Your refund will be processed in 7 working days.
